On 27-th and 28-th of September 2021, in continuation of the annual tradition, there was an international meeting of universities educating in the field of Public Health – 14th ASPHER Deans’ and Directors’ Retreat (Virtual). The remote meeting was organized by the Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region (ASPHER). On the first day, as part of a session initiated by the Working Group on Undergraduate Training and called “The pandemic – perspectives on lessons learned: training adaptations”, Dr. Tomasz Bochenek presented and discussed with other participants the problems, challenges and opportunities that remote learning brings, with his speech entitled “The COVID-19 pandemic as the organizational challenge and stimulus for change at the academic institution”. Such meetings facilitate the exchange of experiences and continuous improvement of education in the field of Public Health, as well as a mutual learning among the academic centers associated within ASPHER
