26-th of August 2020
We kindly inform you that due to the current situation in Belarus and the expected increase in the number of repressed persons being the statutory beneficiaries of the Konstanty Kalinowski Scholarship Program of the Government of the Republic of Poland, the additional recruitment was launched for the Program I, providing support to the Belarusian citizens during their studies in various universities throughout Poland, as well as for the Program II, concerning one-year internships for researchers in Warsaw. All scholarships are financed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The condition to qualify for Program I is deportation from Belarusian universities for political reasons or graduation from the Jakub Kolas High School of Humanities in Minsk.
The applications will be accepted from 31-st of August 2020 on a continuous basis until the limit of places is reached. Information on formal requirements and necessary documents are included in the program folders available on the website of the Eastern Europe Studies of the UW: www.studium.uw.edu.pl. The e-mail contact address for those in need of scholarship support is following: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We kindly point out that the support offered by the Program is coordinated by the Konstanty Kalinowski Scholarship Program Office, operating at the University of Warsaw’s Study of Eastern Europe (UW – University of Warsaw), however, students from Belarus can study not only in Warsaw, but also at other Polish universities – including the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Therefore, we cordially invite to take advantage of the scholarship program (Program I), also the students and the candidates for studies of Public Health (first and second degree studies) and Management in Health Care (first degree studies), in our Institute of Public Health of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Jagiellonian University – Medical College!
