Visit of students from the University of Maastricht in Krakow and lecture for students of public health.
From 26-th to 30-th of November 2018, the Institute of Public Health hosts a group of students from the University of Maastricht. Students of European Public Health (EPH), during their one-week stay in Krakow, participate in planned lectures on public health and familiarize themselves with the functioning of health care institutions.
The visit also includes a lecture for students of the Institute of Public Health. As part of the course “Public health policy” on 29-th of November (3.00-16.30 p.m., IZP auditorium), the lecture entitled “Globalisation of Health”, will be delivered by Prof. Matt Commers from Maastricht University. Attendance at the lecture for first-year students of the second degree studies is obligatory. Other students of the Institute of Public Health, interested in this lecture’s topic, are also welcome.
