We invite all conference participants to present their research findings and projects during the poster session. Please prepare your abstracts according to the following guidelines:
1. Content and Structure
All abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical, or scientific errors.
Structure: The abstract should be academic in nature and reflect the study’s structure:
Introduction: Outline of the research background and the aim of the study.
Methods: Description of the methodology, study group, or tools used.
Results: Presentation of key data obtained during the work.
Discussion and Conclusions: Interpretation of the results and their practical/theoretical significance.
2. Technical Requirements
Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
Language: English.
Formatting: Continuous text; no tables, charts, footnotes, or bibliographies should be included in the abstract body.
3. Timeline and Review Process
Deadline for abstract submission: May 15, 2026.
Review by the Scientific Committee: by May 31, 2026.
Announcement of accepted posters: June 1, 2026.

Submission of an abstract is equivalent to a declaration of participation in the conference and consent to the publication of the summary (with a list of authors, affiliations, and the email address of the first author) in a supplement to “Zeszyty Naukowe Ochrony Zdrowia. Zdrowie Publiczne i Zarządzanie”.
5. Presentation Method
Works qualified by the Scientific Committee will be presented during a dedicated poster session during the conference.
Print Format: Mandatory A0 format (841 × 1189 mm).
Orientation: Vertical (Portrait) only.
Mounting: The organizer provides the exhibition space and mounting materials. A detailed session schedule and panel numbering will be sent to the authors along with the notification of acceptance.
